Online skin care consultations
Medix also offers online skincare consultations, providing expert advice and product recommendations from the comfort of your home. The $49 booking fee is redeemable on product or treatment purchases.

In your initial consultation
We’ll ask you about your medical history, and check to see if you’re on any current medications. We’ll also need to know if you’ve had any treatments in the past, whether they worked for you, and why.
We’ve treated so many different skin conditions, ranging from mild to severe. And our main priority is improving your skin, so you can be confident and happy.
How we'll do it
This will depend largely on the service you’ll receive. We’ll let you know what you need to do before you arrive at our clinic. Once here, we’ll treat you in one of our consultation rooms.
Treatments rarely take longer than one-two hours. If your treatment requires some downtime afterwards, we’ll let you know beforehand.
How to prepare for your treatment
For our treatments, we need you to arrive at our clinic with cleansed skin. This means no makeup, moisturiser, or sunscreen. Depending on which treatment you receive, there will be different preparation requirements.
